Sometimes it just happens. You were rushing for time and went over the speed limit. Next thing you know, BAM!
There are blue lights in your rear view mirror... You get pulled over for speeding and get nailed with an a speeding ticket.
You try to think of all of the advice that your friends told you on how it is possible to get out of a speeding ticket but you simply can't think about any, and the next thing you know the officer is handing you a speeding ticket.
to help out for the next time this occurs here are some ways that can help you fight a speeding ticket.
For one thing, you want to pull over as soon as it is safe for you to do so. This is when you're caught by an honest to goodness traffic police officer ( if you see the flash of a speed camera, there is no real need to tug over ). I'm able to tell you that traffic stops are really deadly for police officers, and if you take it slow pulling over the officer is put more on guard thinking about why you if not immediately pull over. They are doubtless wondering if you are trying to hide something, or if you're thinking of making an attempt to dodge them,
when you have stopped be certain to p both your hands on the wheel and roll down the window all of the way ( Yes, even if it is raining ). When the police officer asks for your drivers license, hand it over and do not disagree with him about it. Don't attempt to fool the officer by saying you forgot to bring your driving license and such since they can still trace your identity thru the automobile number plate, not to mention that is also another charge that they are going to be able to tack on to your ticket.
When the officer asks you why he pulled you over never let him know that you were speeding. What you may need to say is something to the results of'I am unsure officer, I assumed I was driving safely'. Doing this may do 2 things for you. First it will put the idea in the officers head that you were driving safely. And 2nd, if he does give you a speeding ticket, and you need to go to court to beat you speeding ticket, that is what he'll have to inform the judge you revealed if he is asked, and that will look good.
It helps if you've not had any prior speeding tickets. When the police officer runs your license thru the computer it'll show all your previous violations, and he may take that into account when he's deciding if he should write you a ticket or not.. Also remember that if he asks you about your previous tickets ensure that you tell tell him about any recent tickets you may have gotten ( 2-3 years ) before he is getting back to his auto because he is going to know when he runs your information, and if you lie to him all bets are off.
If the officer is of the other sex, do not try to use any innuendo when you're chatting to her. If you offend the cop, that might just get you a ticket faster than going 200 miles an hour.
but , if you are a female it can help often if you are very upset and even crying. Police officers after all are human, and they do have feelings just like everyone else. So when they see a upset lady infrequently they will feel sorry for her and simply give her an alert.
guys, this will work for you also, but I do not believe it...
No offense, but a guy crying about a speeding ticket may just make the officer giggle and tell all his chums about some guy he pulled over that cried like a baby. But by all means if you'd like to try it, give it a go and make sure I know if it works.
